We offer international shipping worldwide.

Orders are shipped via FedEx International and typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient. We are legally required to declare the full value of all shipments and cannot modify invoice values.

Returns & Exchanges

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Final Sale

All sales are final for:

  • furniture

  • custom or special orders

  • ceramics

  • art, wallpaper, fabric, accessories

  • sale items

These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Returns

If approved, returns must:

  • be requested in advance,

  • be shipped within 30 days,

  • be returned unused, in original condition and packaging,

  • use a traceable and insured shipping method.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments may be granted on full-price items if they are marked down within 14 days of delivery.
